In 2017-2018, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) reported that non-Hispanic Black adults had the highest obesity prevalence at 49.6%, followed by Hispanic adults at 44.8%, non-Hispanic White adults at 42.2%, and non-Hispanic Asian adults at 17.4%

Yeah Whites have lower rates of obesity than blacks and Hispanics but not by much. Asians on the other hand are 30% lower obesity rates than other races in America.

Why do Asian Americans have much lower rates of obesity than everyone else despite living in the same country.? like i said it seems to be the big portion sizes that people eat.
