There is a crowd who believe that trans are really just gay men in denial of their homosexuality, and that panel almost sounds like something one of them would come up with.

I didn't like that panel for exactly that reason. Boys hating girls (and vice versa) isn't abnormal. Either the age is wrong or what he's saying is wrong, but there's no pipeline from boys thinking girls are icky to trooning out. Among anti-trans liberals and TERFs there is a crowd who believe that trans are really just men in denial of their homosexuality, and that part almost sounds like an idea they would come up with.
