As early as 2022 he alluded to a health complaint that was apparently so bad that he promised(!) he was going to kill himself in 1-2 years if it didn't get better (timestamp 51:50). The way he sandwiched this in between talk about antivaxxers 'winning' around that time suggests it was vaxx-related. He's pulling some doublethink fuckery at the moment - and by extension, has been doing so the whole time - by glossing over the connection between his general health and the covid shot, by hiding his cancer and by not talking about the course of his general health over the past 3 years.
