Obviously, the original designers of the bridge and those who maintain it today were ableist in how they failed or more likely REFUSED to take into account the blind and retarded mentally-impaired who cannot see the bridge or know how high it hangs over sea level. Climate change also caused it because it probably caused the river to rise higher or something. Either way, they need to shut the bridge down and build it higher RIGHT now so that those people can be properly accommodated!
