In response to the backlash many big conservative influencers were saying "this is a psyop to divide the right!" Whenever a commenter here would repeat that I'd ask them "Who is doing it? Is Elon Musk running the psyop?" and nobody had a good answer. Do Democrat and foreign ops try to amplify dissent? Sure, but that doesn't mean all intra-faction political debate is a psyop, or isn't worth having.
