Once the payouts come there will be no more ever. No more talk of reparations and no more social welfare programs. Those are gone and the money diverted to reparations. Those reparations have to last for the rest of their lives. Without welfare, medicaid or the hundreds of other social welfare used to keep niggers from going extinct they will get desparate.
