Edit: For people who don't know the phrase "begging the question" is used to point out a tautology or circular logic. If someone is using circular logic, then it is "begging the question".
Journalists like to think that a question begging to be asked is "begging the question (insert question)"; Nope. Wrong. Don't do that.
