It's not what the US would do if 'a Muslim was a rapist,' it's what they'd do if an intelligence-connected mastermind Islamist ran an op against our leaders and collected a bunch of kompromat.

And he's right that we'd absolutely be going to war against whoever we blamed for it.

Again, the argument isn't 'what if a Muslim was a rapist,' it's specifically 'what if there were a blackmail ring against our most influential people, and we could blame it on [insert_Muslim_country_here]?'
