I'm deciding now if I'm even going to finish Wind and Truth, or refund it
What did you end up doing? I'm in the same spot now (it says I'm exactly at 50% on Chapter 67). I was really p.o.'ed about him converting Rlain and especially Renarin into lgbt (I get kinda annoyed when geeky, socially awkward characters with no indictations of them being gay are suddenly shoehorned into gay roles). I was also a bit annoyed with the introduction of an obvious trans stand-in with the woman blacksmith. Feeling like the series is a sinking ship
Just looked up the Audible return policy and the rules seem to only mention that you need to have bought it with credit, be in good standing, and return it within a year... nothing about how much of the book you read etc. So I am really thinking about just getting a refund. Definitely, I don't think I will be buying any future Sanderson works after this (maybe if he very publicly walked back all this crap and recommitted to being family friendly but a) I doubt he would and b) very hard to trust him on that account after this).
