You've got HR departments putting together job requirements that are wrong and then sifting through a glut of resumes and mistaking Javascript for Java. The interview process is oftentimes equally suspect. Then toss AI into the mix on both sides of the table both before and now during the interview process and it's all a disgusting mess that no one seems interested in cleaning up.
