I actually suspect that she's understating the magnitude of the problem. My guess is the kids will never use a toilet without assistance let alone become functional adults. Women will overstate the extent of their kids' special needs when they're trying to win the "who has it harder" status contest, but they lie in the opposite direction when they're trying to lock down a paypig.
