So do you guys remember when Bethesda were trying to brag about them using half-arsed human generated models? They were going on about how they would mix 'races' to make the NPCs look the way they do which is why you got some incredibly strange looking models that had white faces but african facial structures.

Now I can't tell for sure if that's what they did here because AAA studios do use different techniques. The other one I've seen is where they use photogrammetry on a real actor and then they beat her with the ugly stick even if she's actually fairly normal looking. We know for a fact that's what they did with the Battlefield asian woman quite infamously if you look at her photograph she's normal.
