I have a friend whose theory is that Whites take a lot more resources to properly use as slaves. Whites need nice and orderly cities, with no appearance of corruption and an appearance of freedom despite none existing etc... From the elites' perspective, Whites are a lot of work, though they do make better slaves. Given the advances in technology, many elites believes the cost benefit analysis of White slaves just isn't there anymore and they'd rather replace all White slaves with cheaper and easier to control non-White slaves. Sure they make worse slaves but given the costs to keep them enslaved, the elite believe it's worth it.
