I think that's what annoys me most about these types of games because this is why I slap people around on this issue. They put in gay romances purely for click-bait and rage-bait purposes and I'm convinced that's what was going on with BG3. It gets journalists gushing about it, fans annoyed and distracts from the fact that fundamentally these are extremely boring, buggy, glitch ridden games that everybody usually forgets about after two weeks of playing them.

For the most part I have not thought that long about any game title released past 2017, most of them are complete shit. I would even go so far as to point out that most of these games are outright copies of each other which is why nothing is interesting anymore.
