Nigga this is Japan, not China. Air quality was great when i was there recently, yet at least 1 of out 3 people had the face diapers outdoors. Biggest maskers were school kids - fucking 90+ degrees outdoors, humid as fuck and yet 1/2 of them had them on. Might as well be part of their uniform. Taxi drivers by themselves had them on.
