Simple: they don't walk on eggshells. They expect everyone else to walk on eggshells for them. If any of their members suddenly do take offense at what they do, they excommunicate them, expelling them from the movement, calling them far-right reactionaries, white supremacists, nazis, and every other buzzword insult in their playbook, and attacking them every chance they get. Hence the massive hostilities to TERFs, Rowling, and most recently, Jews.
