I have lived all over and seen all types. In the Southwest there were tons of illegal Mexicans. IDK what the police did with them when they pulled them over, but I don't think they arrested them. None had insurance, and they drive like shit -- often drunk. It seemed like one set of rules for whites and another for Mexicans where Mexicans got away with murder on the road UNTIL they finally kill someone. If you happen to get thrown in jail on any random Friday, you'd run into a bunch in for various stages of vehicular homicide.
Now I see more Asian (incl subcontinental) immigrants. They have in common with the Mexicans that in their country you don't go to driving school or ever have to learn how to drive. You just fill out the paperwork and/or bribe someone. So they can't (drive). They are richer than Mexicans, so they may very well have insurance -- I know a lot of these people have a note on the car which requires full coverage. These are the kind that cause people around them to get in accidents by driving so slow. But it's not just the slow; it's also the absolute ignorance or disrespect of how traffic flows.
Oh and Shaniquas. Shaniquas have so much going on. High, distracted, you name it. Usually operating a wreck that's unsafe. Bald AF tires - wont' get em replaced until inspections makes her or she ends up on the side of the road, and then she bitches about the price. They say BMW drivers don't signal? Niggers don't know they exist. Just don't trifle. They're often strapped. If you need to deal with one keep it at a distance like a dangerous animal
