I agree what's going on in Palestine and Syria is pretty bad. Who should I be helping to bring down the American and Israeli governments to stop what's going on there? Helping the individual people impacted doesn't seem to properly address the underlying issue. That is, the American and Israeli governments and the shadow oligarchy that supports them. I'm pretty sure to stop them, I'd need to become a terrorist though...

The western governments are in a state of financial freefall right now. They are hiding it by printing money but that time is nearing an end quickly. İf you read up on finance you would know this. You want to see the ZOG collapse? Just wait. The only problem is it will likely mean WW3. İn which case you should think long and hard about your financial situation and if you can dodge a draft.
Simply donating to charities that help is a Good start. Maybe convincing Christian groups to do the same would help also. You could travel there yourself, its risky but would scratch that boredom itch real good. You might even (will) find a young wife there. That will give you a purpose in life real quick.
