The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

Shall means ole stinkypants Biden does not have the option of utterly ignoring all immigration laws without breaking the compact between the States and the Federal government.

Texas is calling the Federal government's bluff.

And I need to remind everyone that the enlistment oath of the military is an oath to the Constitution, not to the Executive branch. If said Executive branch is flagrantly abrogating their Constitutional duty, as Biden is doing here, then each and every person in the military has a duty to disobey any orders in furtherance of same.
