And when you have a culture which discriminates against men especially white ones with DEI policies you will have to work twice as hard to keep your job and then the women probably complain why the man doesnt spend more time with them. Then risk/reward of divorce with 80% of the women starting it and they often have a new boyfriend at the start too.
