Now I have the time I've been dabbling in Microsoft Flight Simulator because autism ( It really wouldn't surprise me at this point lol ) and I'm actually fairly confident now I know the instruments on a Cesna I could probably do a better job flying than any of these diversity hires so that might be something utterly ridiculous I could look into and take some piloting lessons maybe.

Have thought about it for real, quite surprised at the cost of Cesna's as well, they look like the baby beginner craft for pilots and they're surprisingly simple when you break everything down.
