It's strange, I've been trying to figure out where that started. Obviously Fentanyl Floyd kicked things into overdrive, but it didn't start there.

30-40 years ago, nobody cared about race in media. Michael Jackson was one of the biggest stars in history. Eddie Murphy movies were massive hits. You had things like Rush Hour where the stars were black and Asian, and people loved it.

But somewhere along the way it was decided that wasn't enough. You couldn't just enjoy a movie with black people in it, you had to enjoy the movie BECAUSE black people were in it. And everything had to be historic. "We've never been represented before and this movie is the first strong black wahmen EVAR!" Yes you have, and no it's not.

Even assuming this is a part of evil people's plan to turn us into slaves, how did so many people fall for it and not realize it's fake and gay?
