I did not assume it was going to be good, I simply find it bizarre that they waited until the movie was completely finished before shelving it and during all those years of filming nobody decided to give up half way or to change direction, or God forbid, somebody had realised this was not going to be a good movie before committing $70 million dollars and years of their life making it. And since they got taxpayer money I think the US government should now own the movie and release it for free to everybody.
