Its because a woman got raped by a tranny in a ward, and the hospital told them "there were no males in the ward" because by UK law only men can rape. Which meant she was dismissed entirely.

Only for a year later for the police to find out there was a tranny there who committed the act, and the official policy was "trannies are women, so they can be in female only places and not have to be reported as having been there."

This is literally just them reacting to a monumentally bad set of optics being shined on them. No morals, no "based." They went too far and have to dial it back for a bit.
