This is simply not true UNLESS you, as a man, are willing to accept unattractive women. The attractive white women are in too short a supply to just end up with any old white man. You need to be extremely good looking and have significant income to attract quality women in the western hemisphere. There is only one other caveat, if you, as a man, are willing to take in a woman with significant baggage, then you might find a physically attractive woman but with the level of baggage she has, it's not worth it (hence why she's now forced to settle for men like you). Most women's personalities in modernity are such that they aren't worth being around.
