Last I checked, entry for business or pleasure no longer required a vax pass, but all other visas still did.

That was one of the reasons I felt betrayed when Viva Frei (partner with Robert Barnes on their YT/Rumble show) fled Montreal.

He did a great job covering the trucker convoy in February but then used some of the income that he made off the movement to surreptitiously apply for a 3-year visa and move to Florida by June. Taking advantage of a loophole that many of his fans didn't have access to it.
