You should definitely pick up Biotech and some of the mech mods. If the guy hasn't been banned there used to be a mod to let you recolor your mechanoids, that way you can have a Heretek. You absolutely need the vanilla expanded ideology mod though, it gives you way more options.

For ideology I'd recommend raider, supremacist for slavery, and depending on which chaos god you prefer you could use the disease meme or the blood pit meme as well. You might also consider Bulwark to emphasize armor.

You should also consider using spike core for your primary theme rather than eldritch. Eldritch gives you a lot of 1920s gear since that's around when Cthulhu takes place. Spike core fits chaos space marines better imo.

For a Sorcerer the vanilla expanded series has a psy cast expanded in the event that you have Royalty.

[Edit: oh and vanilla expanded pirates. The main feature of that mod is the ability to entomb people in "war caskets", which is clearly dreadnaught esque.
