The only way we can 'win' in the games industry is a full routing of the ideological forces situated here now and making all of the games companies and media companies that are their support infrastructure go bankrupt. That can be done, but it will take a true revolution of indie devs to do it. More and more proper projects that wipe the floor with the big studios need to be churned out.
