I have not read the links, but as far as I know tech companies have been discriminating against whites and males for more then a decade. It is not even hidden, I worked at a couple of them and we had internal memos about hiring more diverse people and training programs that are for female only. Is it for state jobs only?

Is it for state jobs only?
