I find that alot of these assholes in the school district tend to avert all accountability for the hostile environments they create, thinking it isn't their place to intervene all the while signalling their virtue and putting on their best faces for the parents while doing fucking nothing to enforce their paper tiger "anti-bullying" policies.

I think public schooling has gotten too damn big for its britches, and it has created a fetid, scummy environment where kids absorb the worst of the broken social caste system that develops in such an uncultured septic tank as the current state of early academia. It just doesn't fucking work anymore and we need a better, more cultivated and directly involved educational system instead of this soulless, 30+ kid, shitty broad-brush/regurgitation curriculum, cohesionless socio-cultural jungle where kids learn to just fucking hate the world instead of formulating the societal complexes necessary for survival, finding them only in their collective degeneracy.

I honestly think we'd be leading in academia if we segregated and specialized our educational ends to where there was a more direct mentorship and it is 100% possible, but people like this hold it back, caring more about their paycheck than they do about the next generation.
