Usually when someone is taking this much flak, they're right above target

He's probably going at it business focused, which is great news for us, not so much for the left. He would want as much engagement as possible so not banning people who have different opinions would assist that while targeting that which immediately makes people leave like death threats, throwing around words like nigga and CP all assist keeping engagement.

So he's not 'on our side' but his efforts to turn Twitter profitable and into a platform that rivals YouTube all benefits us.
