I guess it depends on how far you walk and how much time you spend playing Smash and Kart
Never video gamed at work, but I used to walk less than 5 minutes to get a sandwich, eat it, and do a collaborative crossword in the break room.
Normally I'm not trying to spend a lot of time on lunch unless we're having an actual business meeting, though. If it's time to bullshit with my team, it's a good thing, but I'm not in the office that much. Used to be we'd go out for beers after work, but I don't drink any more, and a lot of people have kids to get home to while it's hopefully light outside.
If you're gonna spend hours though dinner is the time to do that. There are some hours I'd like to get back... but most of the time I'm not gonna complain about good food and chat.
