It's not even an identity attack. If you grab the statistics on careers Jews enter into, they do the least manual labor of any race. Now, the argument I've heard from pro-Jews is that it's because historically Jews were often barred from jobs requiring manual labor because those jobs were jobs related to military, food production, etc... that leaders didn't want Jews having access to. It was true that Jews were often barred from military service, so, it's likely that Jews ventured into more merchant-class activities thus gaining an advantage in those spheres and today Jews still gravitate toward the industries they've always had an advantage. The Germans (prior to their race being mostly eradicated after WWII) hypothesized that it's actually more todo with a generic predisposition toward jobs that don't require manual labor and gravitating toward jobs that have the highest impact on "culture" because the Jews ultimately sought power and control of any area they lived in since they rarely ruled those areas so this was their adaptation to gain power. Regardless of the reasons why, what was stated was in fact a fact more-or-less but it implies "jews are in control", which I guess is debatable to some.
