Yeah it's called 'moonlighting' well back before our time moonlighting was considered a super heinous act as an employee. I think the mind frame at the time was you as a business owner were trying to tap your employee for the most amount of potential you could get out of them and you can't do that if they're working for another job. Um but work culture has totally changed... people see you need to put food on the table and folks want to grow in life.... which is why imo equifax going all 1940s is wild it me...............
