A thought that's been bouncing around in my head for the last few years is that Christians and their "Christian"-non-practicing offspring are some of the worst enablers of progressivism in the West. They're completely incapable of dealing with cultural rot like violent black criminals, because only Jesus can judge humans, but they're perfectly willing to hold you down while a thug rapes and murders you (figuratively, so far), because forgiveness is required of you. Whatever cultural power they have left is used solely to fuck over the rest of us.

And I know it's not solely parasitism. There's some of that, especially among Protestants (Episcopalians in particular), but I also know practicing Christians who aren't politically active, and still act as patsies for progs in their daily lives. Moreover, this is something that's developed over the last decade or so, and I couldn't tell you where it came from. They weren't always like this. They used to understand that humans still have to rule Earth, and therefore have to enforce laws.

On the other hand, I know a bunch of Bosnian Muslims, and even though their children are more liberal, when it comes to criminals, they still believe in punishment and retribution. They're certainly not actively undermining their own people.

Supposedly, reactionary Neopagans have been onto this for a while, and have been giving Catholics grief about it. I'm starting to sympathize with them. I don't believe that any of them actually believe in Odin or whatever the fuck, but if their solution to uncontrolled violent criminality is to start chopping limbs off, then they can sacrifice goats in a larp to dead gods for all I care, just start chopping.
