Most of Europe uses that "opt-out" clause now. They did this in order to tackle "the massive waiting times for organ transfers"". While purposefully ignoring that there is big black market that provides exactly that - and these organs do not all come from some third worlds shitholes - they come from all the "respected" medical" institutions as well. Same thing with orphanages and child trafficking - its an insanely dirty business. Especially in today's age, where more healthy people die than healthy people breed, an industry of purposefully killing people to harvest their profit bringing organs is undoubtedly there.
