I think because abortions are disproportionately black inner city women (could even be mostly idk) and to the left pointing out anything that reflects poorly on blacks even if 100% true and you're trying to help is racist.

It's like with Ferguson, Obama's black head of Justice called the police racists and his evidence was that they arrested more blacks - 90% of the arrests were blacks, but if you point out blacks were actually committing 90% of the crimes you're the bad guy.
