For ectopic pregnancies, the solution is not defined as abortion. It's keyhole surgery. For incomplete miscarriages or the case of a septic uterus, the solution is also not an abortion, but a D&C.
Banning of abortion would ban none of these situations. Pro-aborts love to fearmonger because their points cannot stand on their own.
