Intersectionality

It's the idea that all the various forms of oppression overlap and "intersect" with different oppressed identities, and all forms of oppression must be examined as a whole to reveal and eliminate them.

e.g. A woman might experience sexism, and a black man might experience racism, but a black woman may experience even more oppression than each of those identities separately, at the intersection of her blackness and womanness.

Since it's holistic, it's easy to jump from any kind of oppression to any kind of oppressor.

In other words, it's just more neo-Marxist bullshit to create strife and division.
