Spoilers, obviously. Can go into ng+, have all trophy bosses beaten, and I actually pay attention to lore.
I don't recall any overt feminist stuff unless you count women fighting in general, or being boss fights, as feminist. And they have the excuse of being demigods or the descendants of such, magic users, or the occasional forgettable npc. Only one of them, a demigod, gets talked up as being an exceptionally powerful fighter and she cheats with health steal, rot build up and a second phase. And she's a filthy dex user anyway. The black knife assassin's were also supposedly all women. The game doesn't really push the women are better nonsense though, and they're often directly responsible for a lot of the problems the world is dealing with.
Race doesn't get mentioned outside of the in universe stuff popping up from time to time in item descriptions and I don't recall an african equivalent. The only real world equivalents were japanese or nordic, iirc. There might be a middle east based on some of the curved swords. Having checked the character creator, it's variations of white, an asian and two shades of grey.
The closest thing to a tranny was god-queen Marika, who is also the male Radagon. But they're effectively seperate people sharing a body, and they're acting in opposition to each other. Final boss fight cutscene starts with seeing Marika crucified and she's very obviously a woman. Tits and all. Then she turns into Radagon and he's a very brawny male who doesn't look anything like her beyond having the same haircut. And you only fight Radagon. They're both more or less dead at the end anyway in two out of three endings.
Almost forgot to mention the gay incestuous pedophiliac blood god. He's not treated as a good guy.

Race barely gets mentioned outside of the in universe stuff popping up from time to time in item descriptions and there wasn't an african equivalent. The only real world equivalents were japanese or nordic, iirc. There might be a middle east based on some of the curved swords.
