I can't fucking open Twitter (and Tor might need some magic done to it as well since it stopped working for me today as well).

Well, how do I put it. Even if it looks credible (though putting the date on 24.02.2022 will always look sus, our recent propaganda that Ukraine was planning an operation to retake DNR/LNR put the date on 24.02.2022 as well), how do I put it... What is actually incriminating here? The main guy in this laboratory had been doing research on bacterial diseases for years. Want to tell me that's development of bioweaponry? Well, that's clearly the most open research on bioweaponry in existence then.

Of course the fact that the lab belongs to Ukrainian Ministry of Healthcare and as such looks like the most standard bacteriological lab in existence is what I am wilfully ignoring here.
