Idk, I guess it depends on which version of communism they favor. Trotsky was one of the big purveyors of the weaponization of national/racial identity; and his model, Permanent Revolution, involved continuously destroying the bourgeoisie (racial/cultural/religious majority in this iteration of communism) until every one of them [racial majority, regardless of skin tone/identity et. al] had been eliminated globally. He believed that every bourgeois that the revolution eliminated was immediately replaced by a foreign capitalist and that therefore, everytime a new capitalist sprang up out of the ashes of a dead capitalist, the new capitalist would have to be destroyed as well; and that would continue on until there were no capitalists [cultural majorities] left.

That would honestly be more in line with The Protocols, and also the beliefs of communist thinkers like Moses Hess.
