Both of which show a complete lack of understanding of where Starlink is right now. The second generation of satellites have laser interlinks, and the first generation only require the terminal to be within 1000 miles of a ground station. There are ground stations in Turkey, Hungary, and Lithuania, all providing coverage for Ukraine.

The receiver is designed to be plug and play, there is no positioning of the antenna, as it does not need to point at a specific satellite in geosynchronous orbit. It takes 2 minutes if you have the tools handy and can read. To top it off, the entire Starlink system is being tested for use by the US military in war zones. This shit isn't rocket science, but Musk can do that too.
