I'm mad about it being freaking sideways more than anything. Also, I like how the "consent" form spends so much time trying to sell you the benefits of the shot. The purpose of a consent form is to educate the recipient of the risks involved and that they acknowledge that should it happen, they willingly waive their right to legally retaliate, because.. you know... they actually WANTED to go through with it on their own volition.
