The full product of Warhammer 2 is a really good game (at least the campaign, I've no MP experience) but there's a bunch of flags in it.

Totally agree on the points in this paragraph, but at least modding can somewhat fix them. That is not an excuse for CA, and it is part of the reason I am likely to tap out after Warhammer 3, unless they do something to fix their shit. I am holding out hope though that they are doing a big rework of sieges to go back toward something like what they had with Attila or Rome 2 (after all, they are making all this big hype, so it must not be something related to "Its mostly staying the same.")

I want my wall mounted Dwarf artillery damn it!!

The "Kislev invading the realm of Chaos!" battle they showed was just a tower-defense like thing and thoroughly meh.

To be fair, they seemed to imply that those battles in the Realm of Chaos are either option or situational, so I could probably live with it in small doses.

Kislev's roster was turned into "LOL, ICE AND BEARS! DON'T YOU LIKE BEARS AND ICE? IT'S A MAGIC ICE SLED PULLED BY A BEAR!".

It was? I just looked at their roster again to remind myself, and the only units that used magical ice and bears were the elite, like the Ice Guard (and on a side note, while I dont dislike them, I do prefer Arch's redesign of them). The rest of their units were totally human, riding horses if they were cav, and the only really unusual about their army is that almost all of their infantry are hybrid ranged/melee units.

compelling because "she is the eldest daughter trying to prove her worth to her father against jealous siblings." So, girl power in a grand strategy game.

I disagree with that interpretation. It would be no surprise to me that she would have the whole "prove her worth" thing. She is the eldest child of the emperor. So she would have power, but she needs to prove she deserves it. Meanwhile, no duh her siblings would be jealous, because THEY want the power and prestige so THEY can be the next ruler. And everyone will be backstabbing everyone over power even while the forces of literal hell are knocking on their door. This is basic bitch royalty, and not some "girl power" statement.

All of that said, you are more than welcome to make your own choices, and disagree with my own takes. We are all here for love of game, and that comes with disagreements.
