I'm confused.... because I actually looked at the video on instagram, my one and hopefully only time I will ever have to put that into my address bar.... and quite frankly, he looks more like the one on the right, not left. Granted for a second before the video starts on the very first frame he DOES look normal like the image on the left, but once it starts rolling it's like a filter falls over it. On the original video. Not sure why. This does not appear to be some kind of CNN psi-op. Not that I would put it past them.
