The prosecution is pushing the transphobia angle pretty hard which is to be expected, but without knowing exactly what happened it's easy to imagine scenarios where the self defense claim is legitimate. The sex act (I'm assuming a BJ since he didn't know he was dealing with a man) happened in a car, so that suggests a prostitution situation. These tranny hookers can be very violent, so the tranny getting violent when he tried to kick him out of the car is totally plausible. If they do convict him I hope they have evidence of what actually happened in the car, and they're not just waving around a dead tranny and frying him for protecting himself against a member of a higher caste. Either way he did the world a service.
