The Rufo style pushback against CRT is a perfect example. It is not an active push to teach a certain curriculum, and to ostracize and remove those currently teaching CRT. It is a pathetic attempt to use 'law' to solve a problem which is not solvable by law. Even if any such law were enforced, it would be easily worked around, and you'd still have the fundamental problem that the people teaching your children still believe CRT.
