Funny you should mention PoE....
I am currently working on porting/tweaking [Path of Levelling] (https://github.com/karakasis/Path-of-Leveling) to c#, just as a hobby project, and as a way to keep my oar in the water. Still working on the library classes, but it will eventually be a WPF application built using MVVM.
