Jin-Roh is pretty good, I watched it recently as well. Ping Pong the animation is nice too. I enjoyed Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex a lot, but it can drag on and the story gets pretty complicated.

A few other general recommendations I have are: One Punch Man, Kaiji, Overlord, Made in Abyss, The Promised Neverland
